Alessandro’s introduction to the world of hospitality began at the age of 14, working in his family’s restaurant in his hometown of Rome, Italy.
Shortly after moving to the UK,Alessandro was involved in the launch and management of acclaimed restaurants, such as Michelin Star award winning Hakkasan and Yauatcha, and boutique bakery Princi in the heart of Soho.
For the past 8 years, Alessandro’s career has taken him to Miami, New York and Mumbai, where he has opened several renowned restaurants.
As a project manager, restaurant consultant, brand creator and staff trainer, and by creating new development initiative programs, Alessandro demonstrated a strong ability to improve businesses and employee retention.
Alessandro has recently started his own consultation venture DESIGN TO EAT and he is currently supporting businesses in Italy, the US and the UK.
